Shipment Information

​International & Non-EU Shipments:
Orders will be shipped via DHL International service unless otherwise agreed in advance. Deliveries will require a signature. Genninger Studio is not responsible for DHL delivery delays or any non-delivery. The client will pay all customs tax charges, and Genninger Studio is not responsible for customs delays. If there are no delays, delivery can take 3-10 business days. The minimum delivery charge is 38 euros and can change due to the quantity of items in the shipment. Goblet's orders, depending on quantity, may incur additional charges. Sculpture, mirrors, and lighting orders will incur additional shipment and insurance charges.
