TERMS & CONDITIONS:
1 . Terms - Retail Products only
These Terms and Conditions of Sale ("Terms of Sale") are the terms and conditions on which Genninger Studio provides products to you. In addition to the Website Terms of Use, your purchase of products from us through this website or any other method (e.g., telephone or email) is subject to these Terms of Sale. Please read these Terms of Sale carefully before ordering products from our site or via any other method. You agree to be bound by these Terms of Sale by placing an order for any of our products.

www.genningerstudio.com is a website operated by Genninger Studio, owned by Leslie Ann Genninger, and is a registered Italian company number VE-1998-43139 with Partita Iva 03071690279.

3. Orders 
When you order our products via the website (or any other method), we will send you an email confirming your order and that payment has been received and accepted by us. The contract for the supply of any products will be between you and us and will only be formed when you have been sent the Confirmation Email. Please confirm that you gave us the correct email address, shipping address, and telephone number. Upon receipt of the Confirmation Email, please check the Order details for accuracy and let us know immediately if there are any errors.

4. Shipment & Delivery
We will advise you of the intended shipment date in the Confirmation Email. The timing of your shipment will be determined considering the number of orders and the circumstances we face. Inaccuracies in your details may lead to problems or delays in delivery, so please ensure that you have included in your order the full delivery address details, including an accurate postcode of the intended recipient and a valid telephone number so that your order arrives at the correct location. We can notify you if we encounter any delivery difficulties. Please check your delivery immediately after it comes, and let us know if you have any issues by emailing us.

5. Price & Payment
Prices on our website (or provided to you by any other method) include VAT and exclude delivery unless otherwise stated. If a delivery charge applies to your order, you will be notified during the ordering process and in the Confirmation Email we send you. Prices are also liable to change at any time. Payment for our products can be made by credit or debit card through our website, over the telephone, or by bank wire. Once your order has been confirmed and you choose to pay by credit or debit card, we must receive authorization through your carrier before the sale can be marked as paid.

6. Refunds
If there is a problem with your order or any breakage,  you must notify us by email at lesliegenninger@me.com within 24 hours of delivery confirmation. To resolve any issues, we may need you, the receiver, to contact the shipper DHL within 24 hours and report breakage. You may only be eligible for a refund if you notify us within this timescale. Where there is a query regarding a refund, we will seek to review each situation and try to find an amicable solution. 

7. Cancellation
Orders may be amended or canceled by email within 24 hours of the order and only before we start to process and prepare the order. After that time, all sales are final. You can cancel or change an order by email at lesliegenninger@me.com. Once we have started to process and prepare the order, you will be charged for that order in full and not be entitled to any refund. Genninger Studio may cancel an order at any time. For example, if the product you ordered is unavailable, we cannot obtain authorization for your payment or a price or product description error is identified. You will be notified by email if an order needs to be canceled, and if we cannot help you choose a different product, you will receive a refund.

8. Disclaimers of Warranties
We have tried to depict all of our products on this website accurately; however, by using this site, you acknowledge and agree that your use of this site is subject to the following limitations of liability and disclaimers: 
-Human Error: we have tried to provide the most accurate and complete information to you on this site; however, we acknowledge that there may be some inaccuracies due to human or technical errors. 
-We reserve the right to change product descriptions, pricing, availability, and quantity of items offered for sale, whether one-of-a-kind, unique pieces, limited editions, or unlimited editions. We also reserve the right to change photographs of items and other inaccuracies or omissions without prior notice, even after we have confirmed an order.
- Product: given that our products are hand-made and formed without molds, stamps, and mass production processes, there may be imperfections in color, shape, size, look, etc. When we use 24K gold leaf and silver leaf in and on the glass, there is always a change of leaf pattern and color due to the layout of the leaf work or variations in the glass temperatures during the hot work blowing and flameworking process. Air bubbles can get trapped inside the glass during these processes, and glass crystal elements and debris can also become trapped inside the glass during the Murano glass-blowing technique. These slight variables are not imperfections but are a natural part of creating beads and glass products by hand. Your use of this site acknowledges that these imperfections are a part of the artisan glass processes and do not constitute a defect in the product. 
-Although we use only artesian glass from Murano and design and work closely with a variety of Murano Glass Masters, we cannot guarantee that every single bead that we have incorporated into our designs is made on Murano and is made in the artisan way. 
-Colors of the products may vary from actual colors. We have tried to 
photograph and describe the colors for each product to the best of our ability. There may be variations due to computer monitor changes, various photographic lighting changes, photo program adjustments, etc. Given this, you acknowledge and agree that we are not responsible for color variations in the products you purchase from the site.
-The size of the images of earrings, beads, and other items is not to scale and may appear larger or smaller than the actual size. We have provided approximate measurement indicators in both centimeters and inches to help you understand each item's size. We are not responsible for any inaccuracies in the measurement indicators.

9. Intellectual Property
You acknowledge and agree that Genninger Studio retains ownership of all intellectual property rights and other rights in all products, designs, creative proposals, artwork, drawings, photographs, visual images, displays, mood boards, materials, content, and other information. Credit must be given to us in any social media photography. Please credit Leslie Ann Genninger and @genningerstudio if you use Instagram.

10. General
Save for fraudulent misrepresentation, these Terms of Sale comprise the entire agreement between you and Genninger Studio and supersede all prior representations, agreements, arrangements, and understandings between you and us (whether written or oral) concerning your order. No statement by any individual employed by us should be understood as a variation of these Terms of Sale. Please read the terms of our Privacy Policy, which contains essential information about using the personal information you provide when using our website or placing an order with us. We may revise these Terms of Sale anytime by amending this page. You are expected to check this page occasionally to take notice of any changes we make, as they are binding on you.
